If our client is seeking an engineer or manager to fulfill a key, critical position, we can provide a full range of search strategies to match your needs. Retained and Contingency Searches of different exclusivities will be defined according to the client search priorities and fee agreements agreed upon.
Retained Search
This critical, dedicated search assignment is of the highest priority for Locke Paper Group LLC. We recognize the demand of the time and commitment needed for this search for crucial mill professionals. Strategies and specific requirements are defined. The time line scheduled and reviewed as needed. This search becomes a close partnership between client and Locke Paper Group, LLC.
The flat rate retained fee will be defined and split into three payments. 1/3 fee is paid up front for our mutual commitment, determining our focus to this priority search. This portion of the fee is non refundable. The second payment will be due midway into the search. The third payment is due, net ten days from the start date of the hired candidate.
Contingency Search
Our contingency searches will have fees which will be contingent on the hiring of our candidate referral. These fees are an agreed percentage of the candidate's first year salary. Fees will differ according to our client's needs and critical requirements for Locke Paper Group, LLC dedication.
Exclusive searches confirm the priority our client and Locke Paper Group, LLC's level of dedication. Our clients must define this level immediately and be ready to provide the commitment both parties will need to make this search a success.
Contingency searches may not have the high level of immediacy that the exclusive search requires. Locke Paper Group, LLC provides our excellence in quality of candidates and service commitment to each client according to their needs. This fee is a percentage of the first year's salary and is due net ten days from start date of the hired candidate.
Flat Fees
This special fee agreement brings mutual dedication and commitment by the client and Locke Paper Group LLC for the hiring of several positions. This cost effective fee agreement confirms the client's commitment to work exclusively with Locke Paper Group, LLC on multiple openings. The flat fee will be paid for each individual hired for each of those several positions. A high priority can be given to this type of search. These fees are each due net ten days from start date of each hired candidate.
